Set in a beautiful West Sussex village with views of the South Downs and the local church spire, the owners of this house had acquired additional land to increase the size of the drive and back garden. This provided them with the opportunity to ensure the correct positioning of the house on the plot and the design opened up the breath-taking views from the house and patio.

The main entrance was planted with three multi-stemmed Amelanchier trees and a gravel garden by the house was installed. Lovely airy planting surrounded the patio with gaura, nepeta, verbena, roses and penstemon.
